DO YOU HAVE TO COOK AT MY HOME? CAN YOU DELIVER THE FOOD?

Current health regulations require a personal chef to either prepare the food in the home of the client or in a commercial kitchen. By cooking the food in your home, we offer a one-on-one, personalized service of food prepared just for you. 

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE CONTAINERS?

No, but we are happy to recommend containers for you to purchase OR provide containers the day of service. This will all be discussed during the initial assessment.

MUST I HAVE ALL FRESH DISHES? CAN SOME BE FROZEN?

We can freeze some prepared dishes as well as leave some fresh in the refrigerator. If you opt to have some of the dishes frozen, we have recipes created to taste as fresh as the day they were made.

HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

After the initial assessment, payment is discussed. Payments will reoccur a few days after every cook date via email. You will receive an invoice that is sent by QuickBooks and can either pay with Credit Card or Venmo. Cash or check is accepted in person as well. 

HOW OFTEN WILL YOU BE COMING TO MY HOUSE?

All meals customized for the week will be made in one day at your house. The cook day will be determined by the client and chef. Depending on how many meals created, the average stay is between 2-4 hours.

DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT WHEN YOU COME COOK?

That is solely up to you. It is your decision to make if you opt to provide a key or not. If you prefer to be present, we can discuss a time that works for the both of us.
